These terms govern your use of GlamGo. Please read them before booking an appointment through the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using GlamGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. What is GlamGo?

GlamGo is a technology platform that allows users to discover beauty looks, find independent beauty providers, and book appointments directly with them.

GlamGo does not provide beauty services, does not employ beauty providers, and does not participate in the performance of services booked through the platform.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use GlamGo and book appointments through the platform.

By using GlamGo, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

GlamGo

GlamGo is solely a technology platform that facilitates the discovery of beauty looks and appointment bookings.

GlamGo does not guarantee specific results, does not supervise services performed by beauty providers, and assumes no professional responsibility for services provided by third parties.

Beauty Provider

Each beauty provider is an independent professional and is solely responsible for:

  • Services offered.
  • Pricing.
  • Information displayed on their profile.
  • Certifications, licenses, and experience.
  • Quality and results of their work.
  • Service guarantees and policies.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Client

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Arriving on time for appointments.
  • Completing all required forms.
  • Following Pre-Care and Post-Care instructions.
  • Complying with all policies applicable to the booked service.

5. Bookings

Appointments booked through GlamGo constitute a booking request with an independent beauty provider.

Availability, service duration, pricing, and service details are determined solely by each beauty provider.

6. Payments

Payments for services are made directly between the client and the beauty provider.

GlamGo does not act as a payment processor and is not responsible for payments, refunds, charges, financial disputes, or agreements between clients and beauty providers.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $30 USD fee.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment (No-Show) will be subject to a $30 USD fee.

By booking through GlamGo, you expressly agree to this policy.

8. Punctuality

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may reduce the time available to perform the service, affect the final result, and may void any service guarantee offered by the beauty provider.

The beauty provider may determine whether there is sufficient time remaining to complete the service properly.

9. Informed Consent

Before receiving any service booked through GlamGo, users must complete and accept:

  • Health Check.
  • Informed Consent.
  • Pre-Care Instructions.
  • Post-Care Instructions.

Users are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and current information.

Electronic signatures collected through the platform shall have the same validity and effect as a handwritten signature.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Beauty providers may refuse, cancel, or reschedule an appointment if they determine that conditions exist that could compromise safety, health, or the quality of the final result.

11. Results & Guarantees

Results may vary from person to person based on individual factors, including physical characteristics, medical conditions, lifestyle, aftercare practices, and other factors beyond the beauty provider's control.

Beauty looks displayed on the platform are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee identical results.

Any guarantees offered are established solely by the beauty provider.

12. Information & Content

Profiles, photographs, beauty looks, descriptions, pricing, and other service-related content are provided by individual beauty providers. GlamGo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or ongoing availability of such content.

13. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
  • Provide truthful information.
  • Refrain from interfering with the operation of the platform.
  • Avoid fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

GlamGo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or pose a risk to the platform, its users, or beauty providers.

15. Events Beyond Our Control

GlamGo shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including technology failures, internet outages, natural disasters, emergencies, or similar circumstances.

16. Intellectual Property

The GlamGo name, logo, software, platform design, features, content, and related intellectual property are owned by GlamGo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.

17. Modifications

GlamGo reserves the right to modify, update, limit, add, remove, or discontinue features, policies, services, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

18. Limitation of Liability

GlamGo acts solely as a technology platform connecting clients and independent beauty providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlamGo shall not be liable for:

  • Service outcomes or results.
  • Allergic reactions or medical conditions.
  • Injuries or damages arising from services.
  • Disputes between clients and beauty providers.
  • Indirect financial losses.
  • Appointment cancellations made by third parties.
  • Guarantees offered by beauty providers.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the state and jurisdiction where GlamGo operates.
